My name is Eleni. I’m a naturopath and the founder of Nerthus Health, a space I created from both professional passion and personal experience.
With over 2 years of clinical experience and having navigated chronic health challenges myself, I know how important it is to feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported — not just as a set of symptoms, but as a whole person with a story that matters.
Nerthus Health was born from that need. A need for a place where people feel safe to share what they’re going through. A place where their concerns aren’t dismissed or minimised.
