• A device with internet access, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
• A camera and microphone for video consultations.
• Make sure you have a quiet and well-lit space for your appointment.

Yes, we use the highly reputable Cliniko software which is General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Australian Privacy Principles (APP) approved. More information can be found on Clinko's website here.  

Yes, all treatment plans and prescriptions can be issues via telehealth. Your tailored treatment plan will be emailed to you, along with your prescription. Your prescription can be ordered online and delivered to your home.  

If your condition requires physical examination or further tests, your provider will guide you to an appropriate in-person appointment. Telehealth is often used as a first step to determine the next course of action.
