My name is Eleni. I’m a naturopath and the founder of Nerthus Health, a space I created from both professional passion and personal experience.
With over 2 years of clinical experience and having navigated chronic health challenges myself, I know how important it is to feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported — not just as a set of symptoms, but as a whole person with a story that matters.
Nerthus Health was born from that need. A need for a place where people feel safe to share what they’re going through. A place where their concerns aren’t dismissed or minimised. A place where they can explore their health with someone who understands the complexity, the frustration, and the emotional weight that chronic conditions often carry.
My goal has always been to create a supportive environment where you feel understood, respected, and empowered.
